Time and Materials Rate
Time and Material provides you with on-site service for your printing equipment. This service includes a written estimate of parts, labor, and a general cleaning at the time of call. Labor rates for this service are as follows:
$75.00/per call
This rate would apply to customers using Pendl compatible toner cartridges.
$85.00/per call
This rate would apply to customers NOT using Pendl compatible toner cartridges.
Parts estimates are listed separately for customer approval.

Standard Maintenance Contract
Standard maintenance contracts provide complete coverage for your printing equipment. Under this program, all parts, labor and follow-up service calls are covered for one year. Contracts also include one preventative maintenance cleaning.
